Pricing:
Because each business and individual has very unique needs,
I customize my services for each situation. Most projects
are based
on an hourly rate, however, some may be determined on a per
piece rate based on the type of project.
Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments, with a one hour
minimum.
General Hourly Rates (rates may vary based on different projects):
Web
design $40/hr for original site
build, then $35/hr for updates and maintenance.
General
Administrative $35/hr.
Bookkeeping $40/hr.
Payment:
I try to be as flexible as possible with my clients,
making the billing fit your special needs if possible. If
you need special accommodations, please discuss this with
me when
originally discussing the project.
- Payment is due upon receipt of completed work, or on scheduled
dates (usually weekly) if continuous service.
- Some projects and larger jobs may require a deposit before
work begins, usually to cover project materials.
- Monthly Retainers/Hourly Package Discounts are available
on some services for regular clients.
- Payments are currently accepted via check, money order,
wire transfer, and cash.
- There will be a $30.00 charge for any checks that are returned
by the bank.
Please note that I also try to keep our billing practical
for recurring clients. For example, if you have me handling
your website
maintenance, but only send me updates that take about 15 minutes
during that billing period, I will roll over to the next billing
period when you have more billable time.
