Ethics & Confidentiality Pledge

I conduct all my business in an ethical and professional manner, with truth, accuracy, and responsibility, taking pride in my work.

I will serve my clients with integrity and competence. I will respect my clients needs and wishes, listening carefully to what the client says.

I will communicate clearly the terms of our working agreement with clients at the start of our business relationship and clarify the expectations of all parties involved.

I recognize my limitations and will only provide service and/or use technologies based on my current level of competence and expertise. I inform clients of conditions that may limit my effectiveness and only guarantee results that are within my power to deliver. I always refer my clients to a more specialized professional if their needs are beyond my abilities.

I am accountable for the work I do, and admit my mistakes and correct them promptly.

Information entrusted to me by clients will be treated with strict confidentiality. I maintain a high standard of confidentiality, and I will not use any of your confidential information for personal benefit.

I keep sufficient records of my work and client relationships in general. The physical records are my property. The information in the records is the property of the client. I will not release information contained in client records without the consent of the client or by court order.

I seek and am open to feedback. I will always consider any feedback given and improve my practices if applicable.
